Order Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email within 48 hours with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Warehouse Pickup
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes. Orders can be picked up at:

Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What are the return conditions?
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition that you received them
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Will you provide a return label?
Yes. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Can I return an item without contacting you first?
No. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at patrick@bexa.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What if I don’t see my refund?
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
